Priyanka Chopra Meets Ailing Rishi Kapoor In New York

Rishi Kapoor is spending some quality time with family and friends in New York, where the senior actor is undergoing a medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment. Yesterday, we got you a video of the Chandni actors- Anupam Kher and Rishi Kapoor- strolling on the streets of NYC. And today, here’s a picture of Priyanka Chopra spending some good time with Rishi and Neetu.

Priyanka Chopra, who was in India for a few days, flew back to the US over the weekend. The actress dropped in to meet an ailing Rishi at his temporary residence in New York. PeeCee took to Instagram to post a picture with Rishi and Neetu and captioned it “Was so good seeing you both @neetu54 #RishiKapoor laughter and smiles as always!!

Rishi Kapoor along with wife Neetu Kapoor flew down to the US for Rishi’s treatment, a week back. Rishi informed his fans about the same before leaving and requested them to not speculate much. He had tweeted,“Hello all! I am taking a short leave of absence from work to go to America for some medical treatment. I urge my well wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. It’s been 45 years “plus”of wear and tear at the movies. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!". 


Unfortunately, within two days of Rishi leaving for the US, his mother, Krishna Raj Kapoor passed away due to cardiac arrest. Rishi and his family could not be a part of Kapoor matriarch’s last rites.
